RAAVARE / TERMS

Terms of use

Professional use only · Updated

1. Operator and professional use

Raavare is an industrial equipment directory operated by Aetrium ApS. The service is exclusively for professional buyers and sellers acting in the course of their business. It is not intended for private consumer transactions.

When you create an account or act for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the account and company details you provide are accurate.

2. What the directory provides

Raavare helps businesses publish equipment information, discover listings and contact sellers. Listing content, availability and asking prices are supplied by sellers. Inclusion does not mean that Raavare has inspected, certified or independently verified the equipment or seller.

Buyers and sellers arrange enquiries, inspection, negotiation, payment, delivery and the sale contract directly. Raavare does not accept equipment payments, provide escrow, run bidding or become a party to the equipment sale.

3. Accounts and company information

Keep login details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. Maintain an accurate company profile and use business contact details you are entitled to publish. Do not impersonate another person or business or access an account without permission.

Public company and equipment information can be viewed without an account. Company phone and email details require sign-in through the directory. Do not put private contact information in public descriptions or photos if you do not want it displayed publicly.

4. Seller responsibilities

Only list equipment you own or are authorised to sell. Describe it accurately, identify known defects and material limitations, and state what is included. Use the correct category, location, asking price and currency. Make VAT treatment and any additional charges clear in the description or your direct offer.

You must have the rights required to use uploaded photographs, descriptions and other material. Do not publish unlawful, stolen, misleading, confidential or infringing content, or unnecessary personal information about other people.

Keep availability current. Mark equipment Sold after a sale or Inactive when it is temporarily withdrawn. Buyers must confirm availability with you before relying on a listing.

5. Buyer responsibilities

Assess suitability, seller authority, condition and documentation before committing. Arrange appropriate inspections and qualified advice for the equipment and its intended use. Agree price, taxes, payment, collection, transport and installation responsibilities directly with the seller.

Raavare does not guarantee that a listing is complete, that an asking price represents market value, or that equipment will meet a particular production requirement.

6. Free listings and planned paid promotions

Standard listings are always free, including after beta. You do not need to purchase a promotion to create or maintain a standard listing.

Featured listings and company-profile promotions are optional paid services that are coming soon and are currently unavailable. A promotion is not activated merely by creating an account or listing. The price, duration, renewal arrangement and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. Raavare currently charges no commission on equipment sales.

7. Content rights and equipment history

You retain ownership of the material you submit. You give Raavare a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, format and display that material as needed to operate and promote the directory, including image crops and previews, and to retain and use equipment history for the purposes described below.

Under our planned retention policy, all listing content, including descriptions, specifications, photographs and asking prices, will be retained for market statistics and future valuation and pricing tools. Deleting a listing will remove it from public and seller-facing views, but its content will remain stored and linked to the seller while the seller profile exists.

If a seller deletes their profile, the planned policy is to remove identifying seller information, including names, email addresses and other identifying contact or profile details, while retaining the equipment and listing history. Identifying information within descriptions, photographs or other retained content will also need to be removed or redacted where necessary. Retained history may remain grouped under a non-identifying seller reference, without retaining a link back to the deleted seller identity. Retention remains subject to applicable data-protection rights and legal obligations.

Self-service listing and seller-profile deletion, the related identity-removal process, and valuation tools are not currently implemented. Contact us to request removal or discuss retained information. Historical asking prices are not verified achieved sale prices.

8. Moderation and reporting

We may hide listings or restrict access where information is misleading, unauthorised, unlawful or otherwise inconsistent with these terms, or where needed to protect the service. Admin hiding does not change the seller’s own listing status. A hidden listing remains editable by its seller but is excluded from the public directory.

To report a listing, request a review or challenge a moderation decision, email us with the listing URL and the relevant facts. We review requests and may ask for supporting information. Public caches and third-party search results may take time to reflect removal.

9. Service availability and responsibility

We work to keep the directory usable, but interruptions, errors and changes to the service may occur. Keep your own copies of important business records and sale agreements.

Each seller remains responsible for its listing content and each buyer for its purchasing decision. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not replace the separate agreement between buyer and seller.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops and will identify the current version on this page. Material changes affecting account use or charges will be brought to users’ attention before taking effect where required.

Danish law governs use of the Raavare service, subject to any mandatory rules that apply. Contact Aetrium ApS using the details below about the service, these terms or a complaint.
